NICOLE M. VALES, ESQ

Nicole joined our firm upon graduating from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.  Since that time, she has proven her ability to take on any legal task with skill and flair.  Notably, she has participated in numerous wildfire depositions of fire personnel and provided important insight into potential trial related issues.

Prior to joining our firm, Nicole interned at an Indian Law litigation firm and served as a student volunteer attorney for the UCSF and SFVA Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors Clinic.  During law school, she excelled in oral advocacy, receiving the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Appellate Advocacy, as well as competing in five Moot Court competitions. Her talent in this area showed in her third-place finish at the Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition, second at the UC Hastings Annual Snodgrass Competition, and First Place Oral Advocate at the National Moot Court Competition.

Outside of her law practice, Nicole enjoys competing in Spartan Races and spending time with her beloved rescue dog, Barney.
